Subway is beloved for its wide range of footlong sub sandwiches, but did you know they sell more freshly baked cookies than any other restaurant brand in America? As such, they have every right to celebrate National Cookie Day on December 4. But this year, they are expanding their cookies in a really huge way that also benefits charity.

Footlong sub, meet the Subway footlong cookie. Subway is offering its new 12-inch baked sweet treat on National Cookie Day only, and at one location only. On Sunday, December 4 from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. a Subway pop-up called Cookieway will take over the Calle Ocho location in Miami’s Little Havana neighborhood.

It wasn’t enough to design just one kind of Subway footlong cookie, though. The creative minds behind Cookieway have conjured up four varieties inspired by the Subway Series signature range of sandwiches. Each features a bar-shaped footlong cookie base with an imaginative range of toppings—including pickles.

The special Subway footlong cookie menu starts with the Subway Cookie Club. Just as Subway’s #11 American club sandwich features a variety of stacked meats, this cookie piles cookies on top of cookies, creating an “everything but the kitchen sink” vibe. A Double Chocolate cookie base is covered in vanilla frosting, chunks of Chocolate Chip, White Chocolate Macadamia and Raspberry Cheesecake cookies, rainbow sprinkles, and a generous drizzle of chocolate and raspberry sauces.

Inspired by the Subway #7 Mexicali sandwich, the MexiCali Subway footlong cookie carries some of the sweetest south-of-the-border flavors. Its vanilla sugar cookie base is smothered in dulce de leche and then topped with corn nuts and mole. White chocolate sauce is drizzled over the top, then it’s finished with a sprinkling each of Tajin, ground coffee, and espresso chips.

The Monster Subway footlong cookie has just as big a presence as the Subway #3 Monster sandwich and is perfect for peanut butter lovers. A Double Chocolate cookie base is generously spread with peanut butter, then sprinkled with Reese’s pieces, peanut butter cups, butterscotch morsels and pretzels. The finishing touch is a drizzle of both chocolate and white chocolate sauce.

The final Subway footlong cookie sounds like a pregnancy craving gone bonkers, and it may be a little crazy to design a dessert after the #8 Great Garlic Sub. But the Great Pickle starts with a neutral vanilla sugar cookie base spread with both peanut butter and marshmallow crème. Its uniqueness comes from its collection of toppings: salty potato chips, smoky bacon crumbles, and a scattering of Subway’s new dill pickles.

The Subway footlong cookies will be available in exchange for a donation to the Subway Cares Foundation, a “501c3 non-profit organization which provides grants to organizations around the world that align with its mission to provide youth greater access to nutritious food, tuition assistance for university and vocational education, and growth and leadership opportunities.” Be sure to arrive early as these unique treats are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. The Cookieway pop-up is located at 1575 SW 8th Street in Miami.

Cookie lovers who can’t make it to Miami can still celebrate National Cookie Day close to home. While you can’t get a Subway footlong cookie anywhere else, you can pick up six or twelve-count Cookie Bundles at Subway restaurants nationwide. You can also get $2 off a footlong sub when you add a cookie to your order through the app or online, provided that you opt-in with your email and obtain your account in time.
