Food & Wine reported, that the company is offering high school students the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to be driven to prom in the Weinermobile itself. For those interested in riding in the Oscar Mayer Weinermobile on their prom night, they can enter for the opportunity to do so via social media. To enter, contestants should prepare a short video that somehow pertains to them going to prom in the Weinermobile. The video should be less than a minute long and can be uploaded to either Instagram or TikTok. To be officially considered, participants must tag the videos #OscarTakeMeToProm and #contest.

Oscar Mayer has been pretty vague about what they are looking for in terms of contestants worthy enough to be taken to prom in the legendary Oscar Mayer Weinermobile. However, they did indicate that all entries will be judged on how unique, fun, and creative they are. Oscar Mayer also mentioned that the winning video should also reflect the core of the brand itself in some way. The Oscar Mayer Weinermobile prom contest will remain open until 10:00 AM PST/12:00 PM CST/1:00 PM EST on May 3, 2022. All entries posted after that time and date will no longer be valid for consideration. Oscar Mayer judges will begin reviewing all the entries on May 3 and arrive at a winner by May 6, 2022. When a winner is selected, the lucky teen will be contacted by Oscar Mayer on the social media platform that they submitted their entry on.
